Hi I’m Jess!
Also known as @ImJessayn on Social (Let’s be friends!)
I’m a Charlotte, NC native, mama to Beckett (3yo) and wife to my favorite human on the earth, Mike. We have 2 dogs, Piper and Wintson which are Shiba Inus and yes, they look like little foxes! Hence the name, Piper-Fox!
I started this business back in 2019 after owning my own creative business for 2 years. I was working endless hours, trying to do it all and trying to keep up on Social Media. I started to realize social media was actually the fun part. It was what made me happy and I was really really great at it! I made the official swap in 2019 and shifted fully to Piper Fox Social. Fast forward to today, I am managing + training and we’re now a full on Social Media Studio! Now I’m living out my dream of teaching, while dancing like a silly person on reels. I’m cheering on small business owners and truly enjoying every minute of seeing YOU shine.
Small business owners have SO much on their plate and wear so many hats. My goal is to help alleviate some of that! I want to be your #1 hype girl and help you grow big through social media.

As a social media manager, coach, teacher… we can never guarantee things going viral or 10k followers. We aim to strategize, and help you grow by reaching your ideal audience, and bringing sales to your door. Your followers will grow and a reel may take off, but overall our goal is long term growth not the amount of followers you have!
We look closely at analytics adjusting our strategy plan monthly. A lot of our success is measured off growth for our client. Growth includes: Clients gained, reach, and sales.

Strategy Session - A full breakdown of analytics, researched industry & hashtag game plan, content calendar and prompts to dive in. After 30 days, a recap. After 60 days, analytic comparison and finalize!
Classes- A deep dive into reels, or social media as a whole! Classes can be as small as 5 people or as big as 30. We come to you and you leave with all of your notes + some prompts to get started on all you’ve learned! *Some classes will include a profile audit to all of those who attend.
